We have been serving the high performance community here in NY since 1963. We pride ourselves on our honesty and integrity. We now have a 12,000 sq. ft. facility catering to online and retail sales. If you're in the area, we encourage you to stop in and say hello!

No Returns after 30 Days of sale date. You must return an item in the same condition as it was received, not used, installed, or altered in any way. Returned merchandise must be in original packaging, factory sealed and un-installed. There will be a minimum 50% inspection, testing and re-certification charge if the merchandise does not meet these requirements. There will be no returns on electrical merchandise or software if it is not factory sealed. Any and all warranty issues will be handled directly by the manufacturer and the end user.
