The shipping was timely and the item came not only exactly as described, BUT it was packaged with intense care! There were flattened envelopes as well as a press cover to keep it safe and a DO NOT BEND across it. I personally believe it was worth the value and would like to do business again with this seller in the future. Amazing communication and very kind hearted and considerate! Thanks so much! 10/10

    The item could have been shipped with better care, especially considering its value and the rarity of the autograph. I'm lucky it arrived without any damage. The picture and autograph look fantastic, and the communication was excellent, but the packaging definitely needs some work.

    A ++, decent shipping time & value, packaging perfect, as described YES, HOWEVER A STAIN-BLEMISH ON THE SIGNED PHOTO DIRECTLY ABOVE THE HEAD OF SAID ACTRESS, just leaves me to give a rating of two A's and I am not complaining JUST BEING HONEST FOR THE BETTERMENT OF OTHERS!

    Seller could have put a little more effort into shipping an expensive autographed photo. No cardboard to protect. Photo was in a top loader in an envelope. Top of photo has ripples from not being protected. Also to mention, listing stated USPS Priority Mail and seller ships FedEx. Not a good experience at all.

    Item was shipped securely with rigid protection and toploader. The item was upgraded shipping to Fedex to deliver quicker and cost more than buyer paid. Buyer offered a replacement or credit of which he did not pursue. No damage.
