  This item works well and is good quality. HOWEVER… be aware that this product DOES NOT come with a battery. It comes with the charger but no battery. Also no instructions. The description did not state that there was no battery hence the low rating Customer service quick to respond and, not satisfied with their initial response, their second response was more acceptable. I would recommend this product but the delivery was very slow and be aware you will need to buy the pricey battery separately
