I had asked for MS Office to be installed which they did and the computer was dispatched to me on Tuesday 17th. It arrived on Wednesday, well packed in a large box and in perfect condition. On telephoning Skytech Solutions I was able tospeak to a "living person!!" who was extremely helpful. I cannot praise this company enough. This was to replace an old computer which has Windows 7. Unfortunately due to MY misinterpretation of the advert it was not what i required. The matter was resolved very professionally by the seller and a full refund paid.
