    First of all I have to say this company gets a 10 out of 5. I bought a Bunn ultra 2 from them and it shipped fast. Unfortunately the shipping company trashed it. I called them, they said put it back on the pallet and they will set up a pick up. Saturday I got it back on the pallet emailed them, Brad responded within 6 minutes and with in 20 minutes I had all the shipping stuff and paperwork for a new one.i would 100% recommend doing business with this company!!! I so appreciate honest people!!!

    The company reached out to me to resolve the issue, even on their day off. Thank you. That was a relief. I believe they have just been busy. I just received my tracking information and hope to receive the unit soon. I researched the company, and they have been in this business for 48 years. If the unit arrives as they stated in a well refurbished state I will happily order gain, recognizing that they followed through. I may even buy my supplies through them.

    Buenas tardes, el día de ayer recibí el pedido, y los dos artículos están dañados, a un lado de la caja se ve donde está dañada como que le pusieron peso y eso hizo que uno artículos se quebrará y el otro está reventado por dentro y como que le pusieron pega para que no se reventara, los dos artículos están inservibles y pues en ese estado no los podré ocupar quisiera que me dieran respuestas o que me regresen el dinero, y el producto me urge espero respuesta lo más pronto posible, buenas tardes
