  If you know and appreciate good workmanship and quality- DO NOT waste your money on this hat . I brought the issues to the seller/hat makers attention and he arrogantly refused to do anything about it. The brim of the hat is finished uneven and there’s loose weaves creating the look of a hole . I respectfully requested that he accept my return and he refused. This has been really bad purchase and even worse experience with Smallspace collections🙁

  You purchased the highest item on my page and got it priority mailed. You said their is a hole when there is not hole from your photos. I have the photos of the hat before before packing for situations like this because some tend to by high ticket that are statement pieces on Ebay, USE IT then attempt to make an excuse and cause superficial damages in order to get their money back after their need for the item is over. You didn't have a bad experience because I hand made your hat and packed it.

  That is not possible, nor is it true. It shows it was delivered to your mailbox. I just called your post office and spoke to the mail carrier and confirmed it was received.
