  The item was exactly as described. No tracking was provided and it took a week longer than other larger and heavier items that were also ordered the same day. Showed up in an Amazon package, seems like the customer buys from this seller, and then the seller just buys it off Amazon. I’d suggest just buy it directly off Amazon next time and you may even save money. Not a bad experience, just could’ve been better.

  This is one of the best vendors I’ve ever had to deal with the vendor realize that my package was lost in transit contacted me and informed me that it was lost and told me not to worry that they would get me a replacement package and it showed up in like three days after that I have absolutely the upmost for this vendor the product arrived and it works great thank you I appreciate vendors like this and I will shop with them again thank you

  Great value. Shipping/delivery was a week late but that was due to the shipper (mail) being late. Not the seller. Item was shipped on time. I've purchased a lot thru ebay and things don't always go smoothly. Don't blame the seller at all.
