  This item arrived with the box damaged and parts falling out. I put in for a return, and this seller reached out offering me a $50 refund if I cancelled the return and kept the item. I cancelled but I never received the $50 refund. I contacted the seller twice and I didn't get a response .

  I would have given the product 5 stars but the system didn’t work when arrived. I give the seller 5 stars for their customer service, support and communication. After a couple of communications it was found that the problem occurred during shipment and an internal sensor had become dislodged. Once I put the sensor back in place the air gauge and system worked as it should. I still need to adjust the foot pedal controller and hand pieces, but am using the foot control and Maestro EX.
