    The product that I received was not Peroxide Glass and surface cleaner. It is a different substance that is not yellow and the safety seal was removed. These bottles were refilled with and unknown substance.

    Sorry to hear that. These are factory filled and sealed bottles, UPS requires sealing caps to prevent leakage, we also seal each bottle in a plastic bag.
