  I ordered four bottles of the Kérastase Oleo Relax serum. When they arrived and I took them out of the boxes, I could tell something was off. Two of the bottles were not completely full, the labels and scratches all over them and the company was based in “Now York”. I asked for a refund amicably and was told they would do that if I left them positive feedback first. They also said the product had been stored for years in a warehouse in Korea.
