    Seller shipped the wrong item. Seller wanted me to jump through their self imposed policy to fix their problem. I refused to solve the problem that they created. I offered to return the item that they sent once I had received the correct item. They wanted me to return the item first, wasted time, wait for a refund more wasted time, and then place the order again more wasted time and then wait some more to hopefully receive the correct item, more wasted time. They were not willing to budge.

    I had used this seller's filters a couple of years ago and they were just fine, and lasted a long time. I ordered another pair from them about a week ago and saw that they were not being shipped. This morning I got a long and apologetic message from the seller explaining that the filters were not currently available from their supplier. I was so pleased to get an update on what caused the delay, and eBay immediately issued me a refund. I was impressed with the seller and will order again.
