  Item was dispatched promptly. Packaging was a little lacking, considering the value of the kit. One of the supplied batteries wouldn't charge, but after multiple attempts, eventually charged. I contacted the seller, who replied very quickly and offered a replacement battery should it happen again. So, after sales service seems very good. I would buy from this seller again.

Only concern is item was packaged in simply a plastic bag (drill but charger was loose) inside a cardboard box with instructions also lying loose within box . Slight concern that this was part of a kit and not sure how the warrantee will hold. However excellent value.
