  The item was lovely, the shipping fast. But when I tried to return it, I had to take it to a UPS store, even tho it came by USPS. The QR code label doesn't give you a tracking number to follow, so it appeared that I didn't ship it back. I contacted the vendor and gave him the code so he could track it. After numerous, UNANSWERED emails, and eBay stepping in I finally got my refund after more than 2 weeks. Seems like it would have been easier for everyone to just send it back with USPS.
