Item indeed was brand new and even sealed......something the prior seller [not this seller] did not provide a sealed new phone and they [NOT this seller again] lied to me.     Bought Samsung Galaxy S9+ PLUS G965U1 Blue to replace my current 2018 S9+ phone (Galaxy S9+ PLUS G965U) which had a dying battery. Shipped China; delivery 2 weeks. Arrived securely packaged, looked factory NEW and appeared identical to original 'U' S9+ but for "1" suffix model #; 'U1' is factory unlocked w/o SIM, so works any service provider; 'U' may be provider limited.
