  I did not receive the item due to problems with DHL in my country. They told me that the vendor is to be contacted to initiate an investigation for the lost item/package. So I contacted the vendor in english and japanese. The vendor did not respond until today and DHL refuses any further help without an initated investigation by the vendor. So I lost the money, lost time contacting DHL four times (with held calls) and do not have the item.
