  A couple of quality control issues. Their response and willingness to address these issues was very impressive. They responded instantly and resolved the problems without hesitation. The bike was very well packed with fast shipping. Easy to assemble, although the manual could use an update. Excellent quality components, installed onto a well constructed frame, that performs as advertised. It's fast! and tackles the steepest hills with ease.   got here faster than promised, packaged with great care. It came from halfway around the world and made it without being damaged. you can tell the freight carriers tried to break it from all the dents on the box but the packaging withheld all the punishment it was dealt. seller answered my questions within 12 hours and that to me is a big plus. The bike is exactly as described. not difficult to assemble as it came with all the necessary tools. excellent transaction.

  There was a small problem when it was delivered the one headlight bracket was missing. I reported it to the seller and they immediately sent the new one. The bike is powerful,handles great and seems to have good battery life. I highly recommend this bike and the seller.
