As I had cancelled the day before so I didn’t actually get what I needed.

They’re always late with deliveries and there tracking app just says “there’s a problem with your delivery”. Their customer service is a joke and you can only ‘chat’ to a bot but never a real person. If I know in advance that the courier used is EVRI, then I buy elsewhere. I believe sellers use EVRI because it’s cheap but the service is awful.
