  It came shipped on time. It came in a while big bag not large, medium sized, it came packaged nicely too, it's as described in the listing. It's blue but looks blue /grey to me, it's definitely affordable again I'm on a limited income so I strive to find deals on here. It's soft and warm and generously sized could be used as a canopy too if you like for a baby's car seat easily. I tried it on a toy one it fits.
