  Bought and received a tracking number. The quotes delivery date comes and goes with no item and no update to tracking number. Contact seller. Seller comes up with a story about printing a shipping label they never use, and basically for forgotten and was never shipped. Next day new tracking number. Item arrived in a few days. Unacceptable to forget to ship an item.
