    Fast shipping, very well packed, item (8131A) pretty much as described, except for a little gouge in the upper right corner of the front bezel which was not present in the photos presented in the listing (compare attached photo with listing photo). Was not due to damage in shipping because no damage to package or packing material. So someone at vendor managed to damage item -- they will know who they are. Fess up!

    The item was as described. Shipping was prompt and the cost e was reasonable. However, the large silicone mat should have been shipped flat or rolled. It was sent folded and unfortunately, the creases remain notable even after a month or so. Maybe it was inexperience of the packer.

From the date the seller testing the item was working to the day receiving the scan engine on my end the scan engine didn't work. The seller backed their product and refunded the purchase price. Definitely 100% would do business in the future with this seller.
