  I received a package, but a quarter of the cream had spilled out of the jar, and the packaging was covered in cream. This is the first time I’ve encountered such an issue. Unfortunately, I can’t return it because I didn’t take a photo as proof and threw away the packaging. I wrote to the seller about this, but their response was, ‘What am I supposed to do? I have delivery problems.’ Very unprofessional.
