Shipment was delayed 10 days because of damage at the warehouse. A new unit was shipped from the factory. My only complaint was that I was only ever updated when I asked. They didn't tell me the shipment was delayed until I asked. They didn't tell me the replacement shipment was delayed until I asked. They didn't tell me the item was shipped with a different tracking number until I asked. Renvu was the seller!
