    I don't know the quality or condition of the item...it haven't arrive!! Don't buy to this seller..well, maybe yes, if you need your item few days latter of the delivery date. Mine should be delivery between 23 and the 29th. Well, he sent it the 28th..maybe via teletransportation. The 25th I sent him a message asking the tracking..he said I must wait..it's incredible. Never more!!!

    Item was listed as new with tag, which turned out to be false. The item was missing its original wrap as well as the retail tag, which comes with all palace items. Then they had the audacity to keep claiming their listing to be appropriate as it has their store tag & even tried to shift blame by claiming that the tag is missing from the listing (which shows a stock photo of the hat). Poor customer service and communication
