This ornament replaced one that had sentimental value to us and the seller reached out proactively to make sure that I had selected the correct year of the ornament (there are 2 very similar with different years). Packaging was perfect and the item was as described and in perfect condition.     Shipping time even with USPS was as expected and on time. The seller wrapped the puzzle in cling to protect the retail packaging, which was nice. Then it was wrapped in cardboard, more wrapping, and then in the final envelope. Way better than most shippers do! The retail box was in near mint condition. The price was good. Item was exactly what I ordered. I would buy from this seller again!
