    Exactly as advertised. Well packed and shipped quickly, arrived in perfect condition. It's only been installed a couple days and the quality seems very good. It's easy to lower and raise, not requiring much strength at all. Came with the pull-down telescoping pole. An ingenious method to access a loft area without the need to install pull down attic stairs or a traditional ladder. It has 2 springs (garage door type) and I wonder how long they will last and how to find replacement springs.
