  The item arrived very well packed, unfortunately, when I opened the package, the item was scratched. The picture on eBay shows shiny brand new. I contacted the buyer; they responded within minutes and said that they purchased it new and did not think there was a reason to check the quality of the product and told me if I am not pleased to return it. I asked for a discount on the shipping at least, no response. This was an expensive purchase, would have liked the product to be new as described.
