  Item was promptly shipped and it arrived on my doorstep 2 days after I ordered it. Unfortunately, the sharpener just doesn’t work as well as I hoped it did. I get my blades sharper with one of those cheap pull through honing tools. Great seller though.

  I ordered 4 of these chair cushions, I received 2. The seller's response was not to send the other 2 that I initially ordered but to credit my account & offer a 5% discount on future orders. Why would I order from tis seller again when they were unable to fulfill my initial order? I contacted the seller twice and their response was the same both times. From my perspective the seller doesn't & won't fulfill their obligation to the buyer. I would not recommend doing business with this seller.

  Item as described, arrived on time. The seller is responsive and helpful. The only thing I would recommend to improve is to ensure to provide a tracking number for the shipped item.
