    I received an offer for a refurbished Audison amplifier that I was looking for and refused, only to realize that it was a good deal that I was offered. I contacted them to see if they could extend the offer aging so I could purchase immediately. They explained that they couldn't do it for whatever reason, only to make me an offer for a brand new unit that I couldn't refuse. It was such a great price that I couldn't refuse, and it was a much better deal for the new amp. Thank you again

    Another flawless transaction. 5 stars Great communication, packaging and fast shipping. I have purchased some refurbished amps from this seller and have to say they were in near mint condition. I was skeptical at first because in the past (from other sellers) I have bought used/refurbished amps and they looked like they were on the frontlines of a war.
