    The Vans Nintendo patch has loose threads all around it, there are stains on the inside bottom of the backpack, and the straps are knotted. NONE of that was shown in pictures, nor included in the description. When contacting the seller, I was told they didn’t notice it, and they don’t do refunds but could refund me once I sent it back. I received a product in terrible condition, and my only options are to keep it, or PAY to send it back to get a refund. BUYER BEWARE!!

    All issues were clearly shown, The tag picture is as close as you could get, Stain is prominently pictured. She asked for a huge discount which I obliged. I offered a refund, she declined to return bag. Sellers Beware!!
