    Shipping was adequate but lacking.. The console bounced around inside the box & slightly damaged the controller... It works fine... Seller could have used a bit more bubble wrap in the packaging but its not a deal breaker.... Product is as described in the listing and has slight cosmetic damage from the old owner... I am very pleased with the purchase the seller is doing a good thing by refurbishing these old consoles & placing them back out for people to enjoy again... All in all a good value

    Fast response. Sent an offer that seemed way to cheap, yep, it was a oopsie/mistake. Next morning seller canceled sale/immediately refunded/adjusted offer. It happens, I'm good. What matters is they immediately let me know, and fixed it : )

    Had a minor problem -- the listing promised a USB cable, which turned out to be an error, as it was not actually meant to be included. I reached out to the seller after the product arrived, and they refunded enough to cover the cost of a cable, and now that I have it I can confirm the product works. Would buy again.
