    Had a minor problem -- the listing promised a USB cable, which turned out to be an error, as it was not actually meant to be included. I reached out to the seller after the product arrived, and they refunded enough to cover the cost of a cable, and now that I have it I can confirm the product works. Would buy again.

    Item was packed in heavy duty packaging, it arrived on time and inhreat condition. Item was advertised as just a used a power suply with no cables but to my surprise, it was shipped in original packaging plastic and it came with all the original cables.
