  Sound Town technical support and sales were remarkable in describing the Behringer X32 correctly and quickly. The price was not much more than I could build one and far less than any other manufacturer. The case came well packaged and undamaged despite being in a train derailment - true. UPS notified me that my case would be delayed because of a train derailment. Sound Town helped investigate with UPS on my behalf, too, and confirmed the issue.

  The quality of the speaker cabinet seems to be well built. The package arrived fast and the cabinet was in good condition. The appearance of the cabinet was new as stated in the description.
