  Customer service was great as they were fast to respond and accommodating to my gripes. But... the "sweater" was "new" but not a sweater at all. What looked like detail in the item description and picture that was raised was nothing but flat and just an optical illusion. They offered half off to keep the item if I would give them 5 stars. I agreed but I did want to leave an honest opinion on why the 5 stars when I wasn't satisfied with the item.

  The item did come in damaged at no fault of the seller, although I sturdier box may be better if the delivery person is rough with it. That being said, the seller was very prompt with mending the situation so that I could be reimbursed in order to get a new one. The product itself is so cute and exactly as advertised!
