    Ok this is an amazing seller. I purchased a charm for a bracelet. It is beautiful by the way. The lobster claw broke as i was putting it on. So i took pictures sent them and just stated this. I did not ask for anything and it said that he or she was on vacation. I was going to leave it at that. Less than 24 hours later i get notice of a refund being processed
