  Sufficiently well packed, shipped quickly and basically as described. The listing included a photo of a P6006 probe with a 3.5 ft. cable in excellent condition but with masking tape residue. The quantity available was 2. I received the one that wasn't pictured. It had a 6 ft. cable and a little bit of wear but was cleaner (no tape residue) and included a ground connector. I would purchase from this seller again, but for listings with multiple items available, I would ask questions first.

  They shipped me a different item than was in the photos for the auction, which was obviously damaged prior to them packaging it. The rack ears were bent badly, and the knobs were removed, and the power button was smashed in. They issued a refund, but they shouldnt have even sold the item in the first place.

  After reviewing the serial numbers- you received the exact same item as pictured. We looked over the item and saw the rack ear got damaged in shipping, sometimes shipping damage happens. We authorized a return and provided a label within SECONDS of your initial email. How did you repay us? You stole 4 of 16 knobs + the power cord and sent it back in a gigantic oversized box that left it so thrashed its no longer even good for parts. We're pretty easy to deal with, but we don't tolerate lies :)

  The seller's response misrepresents the entire situation. They admitted to sending a unit that didn’t match the photos, blaming an employee for the mistake. They acknowledged possible shipping damage, but the box was undamaged, and the item was clearly in poor condition when packed. Serial numbers weren’t shown in the listing, making their claim unverifiable. I returned everything I received in the exact box it was shipped in, and their theft accusation is false and unprofessional.
