    Shipping was good, outer packaging was fine but the packing material that was used did not stop movement. Despite statements in the seller notes and description that all major components would be included i was surprised to learn that a major component was not. After contacting with the seller, they were willing to fix their error but at my cost which I'm not a huge fan of. The pieces being there was a big reason for me going for this over other options at slightly higher cost.

    I’m loving this thing, it’s prints well directly out of the box with no tweaking yet. The box was open already but I can’t see anything wrong with it yet. Great deal for what you’re getting. Sellers also extremely responsive and very helpful.

    Unit arrived today vis UPS - very clean box. Very fast delivery. Inside packed nicely, but I have to wait till mid to late May to get the accessary kit for mu K1C. I will buy if in the US or Europe but not direct form China due to the tariffs. I have already reviewed the seller's items and will buy from them again - they are on my sellers watchlist. Thanks to them having this in stock in unpredictable times.

    I got exactly what I was asking for and was a good price. Had a very easy setup although the CR touch came faulty they worked with me through the process and sent me a replacement, they communicate fairly quickly too. Highly recommend!
