    The printer didn't leave the warehouse until almost a week beyond the arrival deadline. When I reached out, the seller was very responsive and worked to get the package shipped, but it did arrive 10 days late. Beyond that, the value is high for what you get. The Ender 3 v2 Neo I ordered needed a bit of work but is now printing very well. The printer looked slightly used but was in otherwise good shape. Minor cleaning and setup got it printing well. I would purchase from this seller again.

    After I paid for the items, the seller contacted me to let me know that he was overwhelmed with all of the orders that had been placed on this offering and that there would be a delay in packaging and shipping all the orders. The items were advertised as returned items and may be missing parts. When opening the boxes, they were far from incomplete. There was extra hardware included and all the essential parts were there. One printer was equipped with a Creality Touch. Very happy with purchase.
