I have been selling "torpedo" heaters and parts for over 40 years.
If you have a question about our parts or parts in general feel free to call.

We do not have an actual store, but you can pick up ebay orders from 1-5pm
Monday Thru Friday, Nov Thru March. I am sometimes in on Saturdays.
Always best to call and confirm.
We do not have a credit card machine so you should place order online or pay cash.

I am usually in the office from 8am til 5pm (chicago time) in the winter (Oct thru March). 219-242-8778

    What was shown in ad was different than I received . Ordered this and filter for my heater from this seller at the same time. They tossed the filter (weights nothing)in same shipping container and charged the $5 shipping. Went to return and was going to get charged over another $5. At that point besides driving to post office wasn’t worth my time . So I just ate the loss.

    Customer is correct. We had the wrong photo. Didn't realize until he emailed. We changed the photo. He should have been able to return at no charge. Not sure what happened there. Surprised he gave us a neutral feedback instead of negative. Thank you for that.

    Item reasonable priced, the only negative is using USPS for shipping, they are very unorganized, I am 10 minutes away form the seller, USPS sends the item back and forth to another state which prolongs the shipment by days, I recommend UPS, very good delivery service and excellent on keeping you posted
