When the order finally arrived, the vendor sent me 45mm long standoffs one end male thread, the other internal female thread. Only on the second attempt to contact the vendor, did I get a reply. I then requested a returns label which I have just made but this will only be received on 3/3/2025 which is ridiculous. I could have ordered the parts from China and received it sooner, cheaper too. This vendor sucks.

Emailed seller and after they carefully looked into the case, the seller was surprised and admited that the photo proof of delviery was showing not their package. :) Royal Mail mistakenly took photo of other item! After few days of giving reasonable time to the seller to investigate, the refund was issued. Good communication, prompt action taken. Happy with the service.
