      Power adapter arrived, as stated, the following day after purchasing, well packaged & brand new in box. There are cheaper compatible adapters, however, with a 3yr guarantee and with the ID label indicating exact same figures as on my original Sony power adapter, for a few quid more I decided to buy. Alarmingly with so any fakes, I was impressed with the Sellers guarantee & eBay listing rhetoric should the adapter not be as advertised, the item would be replaced or I would be refunded. Thank You

      Well packaged and sent quickly, but a different item sent to the item purchased. Listed model number, photo and output voltage were all different to what was advertised ("Genuine Original"). The seller issued a refund along with an apology email which explained they had intentionally sent a different item to what was advertised because it would be 'better' for my machine. Regardless of their intentions/opinion, I do not think this is acceptable and expect to receive the item I actually ordered.
