Although arriving late due to USPS keeping the package in Bakersfield, CA for more then 4 days (maybe DOGE/Elon can fix next) the communication and tracking was a plus. A great value for anyone wanting to convert their YBlock generator to alternator.

They sent a return shipper and I sent the part back. They refunded my purchase price and tax. Then they sent me the proper Part Number. Reputable seller but don't think much of the text process. If you have any issues, Call, will buy from again.

Shipping department puts loose heavy enough to do damage items in with fragile aluminum moldings...in huge box for the shippers to throw around and bend up the contents. Seems like a poor business model to have to refund and junk stacks of moldings because of shipping/ packing department....along with a huge waste of the customers time. But refunded promptly, so positive on that.
