    I bought this backpack because it matches my luggage that I will be using on the 26th when I purchased this on the 22nd. It said that it would be delivered on the 25th. It was not delivered.I reached out to the seller multiple times with no reply I told the seller I want to cancel my order and I want my refund due to not meeting the date of shipping. This is the first time this has ever happened to me on eBay. I am very disappointed. This is my first negative review do not buy from this seller

    This item was labeled as “open box,” but it was clearly very used. The packaging arrived with loose tissue paper that was falling apart. The item itself was yellowed, and the back of the light had scratches all over. The wiring was also frayed and sparked when turned on, posing a fire hazard. To top it off, the mounting brackets, as described in the description, were missing. This makes the item completely useless.

    As stated, the item was only taken out of the box to take photos for the posting. It was a mystery box item from the company YellowPop and I'm sorry they didn't meet your expectations. A full refund has been issued for you.
