  Prompt shipping but the parcel was delivered to the wrong address by FedEx. FedEx was unresponsive to multiple requests to retrieve and deliver the package. I was only able to resolve this through the intervention of the seller with the courier. He responding to my request for assistance very promptly and the package finally ended up at my residence. The shifter was in good condition and I am very pleased with the product and the price.

  I bought two of these, only one arrived. Shoonya then said they’d send the second by express post, yeah right! Didn’t arrive, got lost somewhere so they offered a 50% refund and 20% discount on another one, sounded ok until the last time I looked they’d doubled in price. Also don’t expect pristine quadrants, they arrive covered with a preservative that comes off with thinners, once that’s removed, they’re rusty as per the image in the listing, beware! Also they don’t have the bearing, not cheap!
