    I ordered this hoverboard for my nephew for Christmas; it would not stay charged so I contacted the seller SSD Superstore & was given a refund with no hesitation & was even told not to send it back. He can’t use it but I have no problem from ordering from them again.

    ALERT Item arrived with defective battery. Vendor has not been helpful in replacing it. vENDOR Sent me to Swagtron who only back productS if sold by them, not third party. At this ime every one seems out of stock. Vendor tried to get me with 30 day no return policy but this is not a return, it is a replacement for a defective battery.
