  Wrong item sent, contacted seller explaining issue - was told i ordered the wrong item initially, Then asked for a refund as its not the item i ordered, Refund was agreed but never followed through, chased and excuses for refund not being made. In the end had to resolve through claim via ebay. Poor customer service.
