  The ornament was not brand new as listed - it was broken. There were no pieces in the packaging indicating that it was sent to me broken. I contacted the seller promptly providing pictures and they refused to respond. I had to ask eBay to step in to help. Once the return was sent and received back by the seller, they took the full allotted time before refunding my money even though it arrived early. Poor communication, false item description, terrible seller. Steer clear and buy elsewhere.

  For the record: you purchased a BRAND NEW ornament days before Christmas, received it & filed for a return claiming it was broken. I believe you used it and broke it on purpose. You never contacted me, you contacted ebay. You never had ebay step in. I followed the timeline that eBay set up for returns and refunds. If you have a problem, perhaps contact them. You were issued a refund and still left negative feedback. You used the ornament and got your money back and still aren't happy.

  Package arrived quickly and packed safely. There was minor damage on arrival. But I do not think it was the seller's fault because it was very well packed. I blame the post office. Seller was very responsive and I would definitely purchase from them again.
