    This "top rated seller" deliberately packed the wrong size weights (3lbs) instead of the 4 lbs he claimed they were. During shipping the smaller weights slammed around inside the packaging breaking it, The packaging is styrofoam. When we contacted him this "top rated seller" denied shipping the wrong item and charged us for damage to the styrofoam packaging, saying "1 bad policy abusive apple out of thousands of transactions isn’t a bad ratio I guess."!!! So it's on you if you deal with him.
