  There was a little bit of a hiccup with my order received but we were able to communicate and come to a solution that worked. The product was shipped fast and was in great condition.   Nice press. A little smaller than I thought it would be but for the price it will be great. As for shipping it was fast but UPS delivered it the wrong address 4 blocks away. UPS was no help finding it and I had to go find it myself using the picture of the door the trackinggave me.UPS finally called me back the next day to see what my problem was. By no means this is a seller problem just me on a rant!!! Seller is great.

  The quality of this jack and condition is great. The only issue was with its description of quantity, there is only one included at the price quoted. After some negotiations with the vendor, an amicable agreement was reached. Knowing that, I still need one more and will order from this vendor, as the quality is that good.

  terrible customer service and inaccurate listing description. ordered what was listed as 2 SETS of tires for my utv. The listing gave the sizes for the front 2 and rear 2 tires and said that it was for 2 SETS. 2 rear tires showed up and after contacting the seller they promptly said that the listing is only for 2 tires even though it shows both sizes and says that is for 2 sets, not 2 tires. no resolution on the sellers part. Not even a link for the 2 matching fronts for me to buy. Beware
