    Very little padding in box, no surprise when the shipper beat up the power supply. Power supply would not power up like shown in pictures. If this was not listed "for parts" i would have left negative feedback, but if you show me something lit up i expect that to be possible.

    We've shipped 100s safely the same way. Yours happened to be handled poorly by the shipper. Item was listed as some will power up and some will not power up - both pictures appear on the listing.
