Item was NWT as described and photographed, (but a much older/prior year of shorts, however it had been stored well, so no stains, etc.).     Accepted my offer which was great but the hat was shipped in a thin plastic package so there was a hole in it exposing the item, the fur is not brushed out and fluffy like it looks in photos along with some matting too. None of this was put in the description nor in the photo. No communication on shipping but you get a tracking code. For the value it isn't awful but I'm not fully satisfied with the condition.
